How often does the shuttle run?
Shuttle service runs every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour, 24 hours per day from the hotel. Please note the shuttle runs on a first come, first served basis.
I am not staying at the hotel, can I still use Park and Jet?
Parking guests do not need to stay at the hotel to use parking services.
When I return from my Travels, where do I get the shuttle back to the Hotel?
Toronto Pearson International Airport
Terminal 1 – Ground Level – Door R
Terminal 3 – Arrivals Level – Doors A and G
Halifax Stanfield International Airport
Pick up is on the Arrivals Level (same level where you collet your luggage). Upon exiting the airport, turn right and the shuttle pick-up spot is located at the end.
St. John's International Airport
The shuttle pick-up location is located at the Departures gate. Upon landing, please call the hotel at (709) 738-4888 to arrange pick-up.
Buffalo International Airport
When you leave the baggage claim area, walk outside and the hotel shuttle pick-up area is to your left.
Where can i find my confirmation
Confirmation emails and receipts are sent immediately upon booking and payment. If you haven't received one, please check you inbox's spam folder.
